Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical is seeking an ADHD Territory Sales Representative in Worcester, MA to drive sales within the CNS/neuroscience portfolio. You will work to meet quarterly and annual targets, build relationships with healthcare providers, and expand payer access in the local market.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, strong account-based selling skills, and knowledge of prior authorization processes, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience required.
• Experience in specialty sales, Neuroscience, psychiatry, ADHD/ Pediatric psychiatry preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurability required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on quarterly/annual basis.
• Utilize resources (call activity, speaker programs, payer tools, etc.) against best opportunities and engage customers (HCPs & staff).
• Analyze local market dynamics and execute plans aligned with national objectives.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans.
• Keep current on local and national payer access environment and identify pull-through opportunities.
