Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical is seeking an ADHD Territory Sales Representative in Worcester, MA to drive utilization through strategic territory plans and customer engagement. You will work with physicians, staff, and payers to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while expanding market access.

The role requires 2–4 years of pharma sales experience, strong account-based selling, and knowledge of formulary access.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience.
• Strong account-based selling skills with demonstrated success in prior sales roles.
• Working knowledge of strategies and tactics to pull-through local formulary wins.
• Understanding of prior authorization process and experience partnering with healthcare providers on access programs.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals/targets on quarterly and/or annual basis.
• Applies resources against best business opportunities and engages customers face-to-face, virtually, or by phone.
• Analyzes market to understand local dynamics and trends impacting the business.
• Develops and executes territory business plans and call plans aligned with objectives.
• Keeps current on local and national payer access environment and identifies pull-through opportunities.
