Qualifications

2–4 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience.
Experience in neuroscience, psychiatry, ADHD/pediatric psychiatry preferred.
Strong account-based selling skills.
Knowledge of prior authorization processes and market access programs preferred.
Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

Achieve territory sales goals/targets on quarterly and/or annual basis.
Apply resources against business opportunities and engage customers via face-to-face, virtual, or phone.
Analyze local market dynamics and execute plans aligned with national objectives.
Develop territory business and call plans to meet goals.
Stay current on payer access and identify pull-through opportunities.
Be a resource on disease state, treatment approaches, and our product for customers.
Partner with internal/external stakeholders to remove barriers to access.
Participate in industry meetings to build relationships and brand awareness.
Use selling model to build a call continuum and gain commitment.
Own challenges and develop solutions considering customer and organizational impact.
