Qualifications

• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical sales or life sciences sales experience.
• Strong account-based selling skills with proven success in prior roles.
• Knowledge of strategies to pull-through local formulary wins.
• Understanding of prior authorization process and payer interactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals/targets on a quarterly and/or annual basis.
• Analyze local market dynamics and adjust plans accordingly; engage customers through face-to-face, virtual, or phone interactions.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans aligned with national objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer access and pull-through opportunities in the local market.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to remove access barriers and build relationships.
