Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical is seeking an ADHD Territory Sales Representative for Salt Lake North UT to drive prescribing and utilization within the assigned geography. You will execute territory plans, engage healthcare professionals, and align activities with corporate objectives.

The role requires 2-4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, strong account-based selling, and knowledge of payer and prior authorization processes.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience required and experience in specialty sales strongly preferred: Neuroscience, psychiatry; ADHD/Pediatric psychiatry
• Strong account based selling skills with demonstrated success in prior sales roles
• Working knowledge of strategies and tactics to pull-through local formulary wins
• Understanding of prior authorization process and experience partnering with key healthcare providers and office personnel on manufacturer sponsored market access support programs preferred
• Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals/targets on quarterly and/or annual basis.
• Applies resources against best business opportunities and engages customers via face-to-face, virtual, or phone communications.
• Analyzes local market dynamics and trends to drive sales performance.
• Develops and executes territory business plans and call plans aligned with national objectives.
• Keeps current on local payer access environment and identifies pull-through opportunities.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of disease state, treatment approaches, and our products to serve as a trusted resource.
