Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical is seeking an ADHD Territory Sales Representative for Salt Lake North UT. The role focuses on executing territory strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales objectives, expanding utilization of our neuroscience portfolio in the local market.

The candidate will engage healthcare providers through face-to-face, virtual, and phone interactions, leveraging payer access tools and resource programs to drive patient access and brand awareness in a compliant manner.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience
• Experience in neuroscience or ADHD/pediatric psychiatry preferred
• Strong account-based selling with proven success
• Understanding of prior authorization and payer access programs
• Valid driver’s license and insurability

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on quarterly/annual basis.
• Utilize resources (call activity, speaker programs, payer tools) across modes of engagement.
• Analyze local market dynamics and adapt territory plans accordingly.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans aligned to national objectives.
• Maintain current knowledge of local and national payer environments to drive access.
• Understand disease state and product to serve as a trusted resource for customers.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to remove access barriers.
• Participate in industry meetings and events to build brand awareness.
• Apply selling model to create a call continuum and gain customer commitment.
• Proactively tackle challenges and craft solutions benefiting customers and the organization.
• Set stretch goals and monitor progress toward targets with a bias for continuous improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to build effective business and call plans.
• Ensure customer perspective guides business decisions and practices.
• Communicate effectively to gain acceptance of products or ideas.
• Uphold the organization’s vision and compliance with policies and laws
