Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Counselor to support the recovery journey of our patients. You will work within a evidence-based framework, delivering counseling, assessments, and documented care across treatment phases.

The role requires CAC/ CADC credentials or progress, relevant clinical degrees, and a commitment to compassionate care and patient confidentiality. Join our team to help transform lives through comprehensive addiction treatment.

Qualifications

• CAAC (Certified Addiction Counselor) credential required or in progress.
• CADC credential is preferred.
• Strong foundation in counseling theory and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient databases, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries per federal/state standards.
• Provide orientation about program goals, rules, and services to patients.
• Assess patients and place them in appropriate treatment phases.
• Document clinical updates and communicate with supervisors.
• Counsel patients in crisis and support coping strategies.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and participate in case conferences.

Master's Degree or higher in related field

Associates degree in related field with 1 year clinical experience
