Qualifications

• Counselor I/II/III levels with required degrees and credentials.
• CAAC/ CADC or equivalent licensure required or in progress.
• Bachelor's or higher with clinical experience in chemical dependency or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient documentation: treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries.
• Conduct intakes, group counseling sessions, and crisis counseling as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure adherence to federal/state standards and policies.
• Collect urine drug screenings and maintain proper chain of custody.
