Job summary

Kinetic Automation seeks an ADAS Performance Manager to drive calibration excellence for dealerships, fleet operators, and repair centers. You will train customers, optimize workflows, and support revenue growth across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with automotive technologies and repair practices.
• Experience with automotive repair estimating software (CCC/Mitchell).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for all stakeholder levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams when needed.
• Willingness to travel 3-4+ days per week to customer sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships to improve customer retention and service.
• Deliver training to enhance ADAS calibration, diagnostics, and best practices.
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure proficiency with calibration processes and documentation.
• Support pre- and post-scan processing for key accounts.
• Coach Customer Success team to achieve growth and satisfaction targets.
• Share feedback with product/ops/tech teams to drive improvements.
• Monitor training needs and process improvements via metrics.
• Lead onboarding and ensure successful implementation of calibration/software solutions.
