Job summary

Kinetic Automation seeks an ADAS Performance Manager to drive account growth, deliver expert training, and optimize workflows for dealerships, fleets, and repair centers.

You will lead customer training, ensure calibration proficiency, and collaborate with product and operations teams while traveling to client sites and industry events. A strong background in automotive repair and CRM is required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with automotive technologies, collision repair practices, repair estimates, and insurance claims processes.
• Experience with automotive repair estimating software such as CCC and Mitchell.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a track record of managing multiple priorities.
• Leadership experience or team management background (ideal, though not required).
• Willingness to travel 3–4+ days per week to customer locations and industry events.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships to improve retention and service.
• Deliver training to improve ADAS calibration, diagnostics, and best practices.
• Conduct on-site customer visits to ensure proficiency with calibration processes and documentation.
• Support pre- and post-scan processing for key accounts.
• Lead and coach Customer Success team toward growth, retention, and satisfaction targets.
• Share insights with product, operations, and technical teams to improve offerings.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify training needs.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead customer onboarding and ensure successful implementation of calibration and software.
• Stay current on OEM requirements, ADAS standards and documentation trends.
