Job summary
Kinetic Automation seeks a Senior Calibration Technician in Phoenix to lead an ADAS calibration team and ensure accurate, cost-effective calibrations for customers daily. You will train and coach technicians, refine calibration techniques, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and uphold OEM procedures while driving continuous improvement and strong customer satisfaction at Kinetic hubs.
This role emphasizes safety, data recording, and workflow optimization to accelerate calibration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of ADAS calibration experience.
- Experience with ADAS calibration tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR.
- Proven track record delivering against targets for demanding customers.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily team work quality and output by designing workflows and improving cycle time.
- Ensure OEM service procedures are followed accurately and consistently.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Manage resources to reduce cost, improve accuracy, and maximize calibration volume.
- Lead and coach ADAS technicians to meet daily operations goals and development.
- Uphold safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
