Job summary

Kinetic Automation in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an ADAS Performance Manager to drive customer success through expert training on calibration, diagnostics, and workflow optimization for dealerships, fleets, and collision centers.

You will lead initiatives to improve repair estimates accuracy, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction, coordinating with product and operations to deliver scalable training across territories. Expect 3–4 days on the road.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with automotive technologies, collision repair practices, repair estimates and insurance claims processes.
• Experience using CCC and Mitchell repair estimating software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams.
• Leadership experience or team management background is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 3–4+ days per week to customer sites and events.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships to improve customer retention.
• Deliver training to improve ADAS calibration, diagnostics, and best practices.
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure proficiency with calibration processes and software usage.
• Support pre- and post-scan processing for key accounts.
• Lead Customer Success team members to achieve growth, retention, and satisfaction targets.
• Provide feedback to product/ops/technical teams to improve offerings.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify training needs and process improvements.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Lead onboarding and ensure successful implementation of calibration solutions.
• Continue expanding subject-matter expertise and stay updated on OEM requirements.
