Job summary

Kinetic Automation is seeking an ADAS Performance Manager to drive training, enable dealerships, fleet operators, and collision shops with expert insights on ADAS calibration, documentation, and workflow optimization. You will build relationships and oversee onboarding of customers across assigned territories.

The role requires automotive tech familiarity, CCC/Mitchell experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel 3–4 days per week to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with automotive technologies, collision repair practices, repair estimates, and insurance claims processes.
• Experience with CCC and Mitchell estimating software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership experience or team management background (preferred).
• Willingness to travel 3–4+ days/week to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships to improve customer retention and service quality.
• Deliver training to improve ADAS calibration, diagnostics, and best practices.
• Conduct on-site customer visits to ensure proficiency with calibration processes and documentation standards.
• Support pre- and post-scan processing for key accounts.
• Manage and coach Customer Success team members to achieve growth and retention targets.
• Provide feedback to product/ops/tech teams to improve offerings based on customer input.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify training needs and process improvements.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead customer onboarding and ensure successful implementation of calibration and software solutions.
• Stay current on OEM requirements, industry standards, and ADAS documentation trends.
