Job summary

Kinetic Automation is seeking an ADAS Performance Manager to help dealerships, fleets, and repair centers optimize calibration workflows and training. You will apply expert knowledge of ADAS calibration, diagnostics, and documentation to improve performance and customer value.

This role emphasizes on-site visits, strong client relationships, and collaboration with product and operations teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive ADAS calibration and repair processes.
• Proven ability to train customers and transfer knowledge effectively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week to customer sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships to improve retention and service.
• Deliver training to improve ADAS calibration, diagnostics, and best practices.
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure proficiency with calibration processes and documentation.
• Support pre- and post-scan processing for key accounts.
• Lead and coach Customer Success team members toward growth and satisfaction goals.
• Share actionable feedback with product, operations, and technical teams.
