Job summary

Kinetic Automation is seeking an ADAS Performance Manager to drive adoption, training, and revenue growth for dealerships, fleets, and repair centers. You will deliver expertise in ADAS calibration, diagnostics, and documentation while managing key accounts and potentially leading a Solutions Leads team.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with automotive technologies and insurance claims processes
• Experience with CCC or Mitchell estimating software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership or team management experience is preferred
• Willingness to travel 3–4+ days per week to customer locations

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships to improve customer retention and satisfaction
• Deliver training to improve ADAS calibration, diagnostics, and best practices
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure proficiency with calibration processes and software usage
• Support pre- and post-scan processing for key accounts
• Coach Customer Success team members to achieve growth and retention targets
• Provide insights to product/ops/tech teams to improve offerings
• Monitor performance metrics to identify training needs
• Respond to inquiries promptly and escalate issues when needed
• Lead customer onboarding and ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Stay current on OEM requirements, standards, and ADAS documentation trends
