Job summary

Kinetic Automation in Bellevue, WA is seeking an ADAS Calibration Technician to perform precise calibrations of ADAS systems, diagnostics, and compliance with OEM specs. You will support calibration tasks, document results, and maintain quality across service workflows.

You will mentor junior technicians, assist with operations, and contribute to safety standards while collaborating with engineering to improve software and robotics systems.

Qualifications

• At least two years of automotive repair experience with hands-on ADAS calibrations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASE A6 or B5; I-CAR ADAS Technician; MECP or similar certifications preferred.
• Ability to lift ~50 pounds, work outdoors, and operate manual transmissions.
• Pass the Kinetic Technician assessment.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and validate ADAS components to OEM specifications.
• Provide customer service and operations support according to dispatch schedules.
• Consult vehicle manuals and follow OEM service procedures to restore ADAS performance.
• Conduct diagnostics including module setup, electrical troubleshooting, and system tests.
• Record calibration and diagnostic processes with detailed reports for traceability.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve calibration processes and software.
• Mentor junior technicians and support skill development.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
