This is a great opportunity for AV technicians who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting technology, supporting live meetings, and working in professional environments.

Some assignments may be recurring and scheduled, while others may be ad-hoc, event-based, or on-call depending on the needs of our clients. This flexibility makes the opportunity a great fit for experienced AV technicians looking to pick up additional work, build relationships with new organizations, or stay active in the AV industry.

You'll have the opportunity to work with modern collaboration technology and support everything from conference rooms and video conferencing to live events and webcasting.

What You Could Be Supporting

Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings
• Providing on-site AV and end-user support
• Setting up and testing conference rooms before meetings and events
• Troubleshooting audio, video, display, and connectivity issues
• Supporting Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other collaboration platforms
• Performing basic troubleshooting and system fault isolation
• Supporting live meetings, presentations, and virtual events
• Assisting with webcasting and streaming events
• Performing preventative maintenance on AV equipment
• Supporting equipment installation, removal, and replacement
• Updating software and maintaining AV systems
• Providing hands-on assistance and training to end users
• Coordinating with vendors and other technical teams when issues need to be escalated
• Documenting service activity, troubleshooting steps, and completed work
• Helping ensure meeting spaces are ready and fully operational
