STI in New Jersey is seeking an A/V & IT support specialist to install, operate and troubleshoot audio/video equipment for recording sessions and live events in Mercer County. The role requires 3+ years of experience with conference room tech and hybrid meeting support (Zoom, Teams, Webex, GoTo), and it is onsite with some travel to other NJ offices.

You will collaborate with presenters and producers, diagnose A/V and PC issues, document processes, train staff, and prepare equipment for events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting/troubleshooting audio/video productions and live event support.
• Hands on, helpdesk experience within the Windows environment.
• Experience with virtual conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Skype, GoTo meetings, Webex and assisting with the hosting of meetings.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, operate, support, and maintain audio/video IT equipment during recording sessions or live events.
• Collaborate with presenters, producers, directors, and other team members to achieve desired sound/video.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to audio, video and IT equipment.
