Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an ADA Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager to oversee the end-to-end accommodation process across the enterprise. This Sr.

Analyst-level contributor collaborates with HR, Legal, and leaders to assess requests, determine essential functions, and implement solutions that enable employees to perform their roles effectively. The role requires 3+ years in HR or ADA administration, strong ADA/ADAAA knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and state disability laws.
• Experience managing complex accommodation cases in large multi-state organizations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodation process with assessments, discussions, documentation, and implementation.
• Assess essential functions and identify accommodations without undue hardship.
• Partner with managers, HR, and Legal to facilitate timely accommodations.
• Provide guidance on ADA/ADAAA compliance to HR and leaders.
• Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations and restrictions.
• Promote a positive employee relations climate and counsel on accommodation processes.
• Ensure compliance with disability laws and maintain confidential case documentation.
