Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an ADA Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager to oversee end-to-end accommodation processes across multiple states. You will assess roles, determine functional needs, and coordinate with HR and Legal to implement compliant, timely solutions.

The role focuses on expert guidance, confidentiality, and strong collaboration with leaders to support employees in performing essential functions while navigating disability laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and relevant state disability and leave laws.
• Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a large, multi-state organization.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodation process, including assessments, discussions, documentation, and implementation.
• Conduct assessments to determine essential functions and reasonable accommodations without undue hardship.
• Partner with colleagues, managers, HR, and Legal to facilitate timely accommodations.
• Provide expert guidance on ADA/ADAAA compliance to HR and leadership.
• Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations and restrictions.
• Promote a positive employee relations climate and provide counsel to ensure compliant processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local disability laws and maintain confidential case files.
