Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an ADA Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager to oversee the end-to-end accommodation process across multiple states. You will work closely with HR, Legal, and business leaders to assess needs, document decisions, and implement solutions that enable employees to perform essential duties.

The role emphasizes expert guidance on compliance, confidentiality, and efficient handling of medical documentation to minimize undue hardship while supporting a positive employee relations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
• Knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and state disability laws.
• Experience handling complex accommodation cases in a multi-state environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodation process from assessment to implementation.
• Determine essential functions and identify reasonable accommodations without undue hardship.
• Collaborate with HR, Managers, and Legal to ensure timely accommodations.
• Provide guidance on ADA/ADAAA compliance to HR and leaders.
• Review medical documentation to assess functional limitations and job restrictions.
• Maintain compliant, confidential case documentation.
• Support employee relations and counsel to maximize colleague and manager experience.
• Ensure compliance with disabilities laws and proper documentation.
