Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, employee relations, or ADA/reasonable accommodation administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and relevant state disability and leave laws.
• Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a large, multi-state organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodation process, including assessment, discussions, documentation and implementation.
• Conduct individualized assessments to determine essential functions and feasible accommodations.
• Partner with managers, HR, and Legal to facilitate timely accommodations.
• Provide expert guidance on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices.
• Review and analyze medical documentation to determine functional limitations.
• Promote positive employee relations and counsel colleagues to maximize accommodation processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local disability laws and maintain confidential case documentation.
