Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an ADA Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager in Raleigh, NC to oversee end-to-end reasonable accommodation processes. This individual contributor role partners with HR, Legal, and business leaders to assess functional limitations, ensure compliance, and implement solutions that enable employees to perform essential functions.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and state disability/leave laws.
Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a large, multi-state organization.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodation process with case assessment, discussions, documentation, and implementation.
Assess essential functions of roles and identify reasonable accommodations.
Partner with HR, Leaders, and Legal to facilitate timely accommodations.
Provide guidance on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices to HR and leaders.
Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations and job-related restrictions.
Promote a positive employee relations climate and ensure compliant accommodation processes.
