Job summary

CVS Health in Annapolis, MD seeks an ADA Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager to oversee the end-to-end accommodation process and advise leaders on compliance. This individual contributor role reports at Sr. Analyst level with no direct reports.

The candidate will partner with HR, Legal, and managers to ensure timely, compliant accommodations while maintaining confidential case files and supporting a positive employee relations climate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and state disability and leave laws.
• Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a large multi-state organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodation process with assessments, discussions, documentation, and implementation.
• Assess essential functions of roles and determine reasonable accommodations.
• Collaborate with managers, HR, and Legal to ensure timely accommodations.
• Provide guidance on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices to HR and leaders.
• Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations and job-related restrictions.
• Promote a positive employee relations climate and maintain compliant case documentation.
