Job summary

CVS Health seeks an ADA Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager to support compliance with ADA/ADAAA and state disability laws. The Senior Analyst will handle accommodation requests, assess essential functions, and implement solutions enabling employees to perform essential roles, working closely with HR, Legal, and leadership.

This is an individual contributor role at the Sr. Analyst level with no direct reports, focusing on timely, compliant accommodations across a multi-state organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and state disability and leave laws.
• Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a large, multi-state organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end reasonable accommodation process, including assessment, discussions, documentation, and implementation.
• Conduct assessments to determine essential functions and feasible accommodations.
• Partner with HR, managers, and Legal to facilitate timely accommodations.
• Provide guidance on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices.
