Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and state disability laws.
• Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a large, multi-state organization.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodation process with case assessment and implementation.
• Assess essential functions and identify accommodations avoiding undue hardship.
• Partner with HR, managers, and Legal to coordinate timely accommodations.
• Provide guidance on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices.
• Review medical documentation for functional limitations and job-related restrictions.
• Promote a positive employee relations climate and maintain confidential case documentation.
