Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager to oversee ADA/ADAAA compliance and accommodation processes across a multi-state organization. You will collaborate with HR, legal, and leaders to facilitate timely accommodations and ensure privacy and policy alignment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR/employee relations or ADA administration, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and state disability and leave laws.
• Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a large multi-state organization.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodation process from intake through implementation.
• Assess essential functions of roles and identify reasonable accommodations.
• Collaborate with colleagues, managers, HR and Legal to ensure timely and appropriate accommodations.
• Provide expert guidance on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices.
• Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations and job-related restrictions.
• Champion a positive employee relations climate while ensuring compliant processes.
