CVS Health is seeking a Senior Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager to oversee ADA/ADAAA compliance across multiple states. The role coordinates accommodations, analyzes medical documentation, and partners with HR, Legal, and leaders to ensure timely, compliant support for employees to perform essential duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and state disability laws.
• Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a large, multi-state organization.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodation process including assessment, discussions, documentation, and implementation.
• Conduct assessments to determine essential job functions and suitable accommodations.
• Partner with managers, HR, and Legal to facilitate timely accommodations.
• Provide guidance on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices to HR and leaders.
• Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations and job-related restrictions.
• Promote a positive employee relations climate and ensure compliant processes.
