Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager to lead ADA/ADAAA compliance and end-to-end accommodation processes across multi-state environments. You will collaborate with HR, Legal, and leaders to assess requests and implement timely solutions enabling employees to perform essential functions.

This Sr. Analyst-level role focuses on individual contributions with no direct reports, offering a comprehensive benefits package, and potential bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and state disability laws.
• Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a large multi-state organization.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodation process including assessment and documentation.
• Assess essential functions and identify reasonable accommodations without undue hardship.
• Partner with managers, HR, and Legal to facilitate accommodations.
• Provide guidance on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices.
• Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations and restrictions.
• Support a positive employee relations climate and compliant case documentation.
