Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the reasonable accommodation program under ADA/ADAAA. This individual contributor role partners with HR, Legal and leaders to assess requests, document outcomes and implement solutions that enable employees to perform essential functions.

The position requires 3+ years in HR/Employee Relations, strong knowledge of disability laws, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

3+ years of HR/Employee Relations or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation experience.
Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA and state disability laws.
Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a large multi-state organization.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodation process with case assessment and documentation.
Assess essential functions and identify accommodations that do not create undue hardship.
Partner with HR, managers, and Legal to facilitate timely accommodations.
Provide guidance on ADA/ADAAA compliance to HR and business leaders.
Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations.
Promote positive employee relations and ensure compliant processes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local disability laws; maintain case files.
