Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager to support ADA/ADAAA compliance and workplace accommodations for employees across multiple states. This individual contributor role partners with HR, Leaders and Legal to assess requests, document decisions, and implement accommodations that enable employees to perform essential job functions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in HR/Employee Relations or ADA administration, strong communication and analytical skills,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and state disability laws.
• Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a multi-state organization.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end reasonable accommodation process including assessment, interactive discussions, documentation and implementation.
• Conduct assessments to determine essential functions and identify reasonable accommodations.
• Partner with colleagues, managers, HR and Legal to facilitate timely and appropriate accommodations.
• Provide expert guidance to HR and leaders on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices.
• Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations and job-related restrictions.
• Champion a positive employee relations climate while ensuring compliant accommodation processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local disability laws and maintain confidential case documentation.
