Job summary

ModeX Consulting Corp. seeks a Manager, Employee Accommodations to lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of the company’s accommodations program.

You will serve as the SME for ADA/ADAAA and related laws, independently manage complex cases, and guide leadership, HR partners, and managers to support an inclusive workplace. You will develop policies, oversee interactive processes, and provide training to supervisors while ensuring compliant decision-making and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADA/ADAAA, Section 504 and related employment laws.
• Ability to review medical documentation and determine accommodation feasibility.
• Experience managing complex accommodation cases and interactive process.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accommodation policies and templates.
• Provide guidance to leadership and HR on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Utilize HRIS or accommodation systems to track cases and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and adjudicate accommodation requests, including complex/high-risk cases.
• Lead the interactive accommodation process with employees, managers, HR, and Legal.
• Review medical documents and determine approvals, denials, or alternatives.
• Develop and maintain accommodation policies, procedures, and templates.
• Advise leadership and HR on compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices.
