Spectrum, a leading communications provider, is seeking an Accommodation Specialist to review medical accommodation requests under ADA and collaborate with HR, COE, and health care partners to ensure compliant, effective accommodations.

The role requires analyzing medical documentation, managing end-to-end cases in our accommodations tool, producing reports, and guiding managers through the interactive process to identify practical solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of ADA and related regulations is required.

Aufgaben

• Review and analyze medical documentation to determine eligibility for accommodations under ADA and Spectrum standards.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end accommodation cases, including implementation, tracking and follow-up.
• Respond promptly to communications from Human Resources, COE staff and employees.
• Support internal investigations related to accommodation claims and engage key partners.
• Generate and interpret reports and metrics to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Educate managers on Spectrum’s accommodations process and regulations.
