Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Accommodation Specialist in Charlotte to review medical accommodation requests under ADA and Spectrum standards, collaborating with HR partners to ensure compliant, effective solutions. You will manage end-to-end accommodation cases, generate dashboards, and support the interactive process while maintaining confidentiality and timely communication with employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review medical documentation to determine ADA accommodation eligibility.
• Coordinate end-to-end accommodation cases, including tracking and follow-up.
• Respond to communications from HR, COE staff and employees.
• Support internal investigations related to accommodation claims and engage key partners.
• Generate and interpret reports and metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Educate managers on Spectrum’s accommodations process and regulations.
