Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist - Accommodations in the United States to advise on ADA accommodations and ensure compliant, fair outcomes. You will guide managers, conduct interactive dialogues, and coordinate with HR, benefits and third-party admins to resolve matters while maintaining documentation and SLA compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in ER/HR with ADA experience, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in employee relations/HR generalist roles including ADA matters.
• HR certification preferred.
• Experience in a multi-state environment and shared services model desirable.
• Must exercise sound judgment, neutrality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide managers on ADA accommodations and related policies.
• Engage in interactive dialogues to assess accommodation requests.
• Respond to third-party administrator inquiries on accommodations.
• Suggest resolutions for ER/PM/disciplinary matters for accommodated employees.
• Collaborate with HR partners, benefits, labor relations and third-party admins.
• Assist in resolving complaints related to accommodations, including discrimination or hostile environment claims.
• Provide ER policy guidance and interpretation to employees and managers.
• Maintain case documentation and use the case management system.
• Review dashboard metrics to ensure SLA adherence and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity or service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
