Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions domain specialist in Mexico City to remove execution bottlenecks, accelerate adoption of advanced advertising and measurement solutions, and elevate technical depth across Client Solutions. The role bridges Sales, CS Leads, CSMs, Product, Measurement, and Engineering to scale complex solutions for priority verticals and accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising, account management, media planning, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence, both verbal and written.
• Experience managing performance campaigns on digital platforms.
• Knowledge of measurement strategies and incrementality frameworks.
• Fluent in translating technical language for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own subject matter expertise across strategic solution domains (Levers).
• Design scalable frameworks, playbooks, and standards to improve solution adoption and execution quality.
• Escalation point for advanced technical strategy, measurement, and attribution flows.
• Drive adoption of advanced TikTok products and alpha/beta solutions for key accounts.
• Collaborate with CS leads and account teams on strategic planning and growth opportunities.
• Lead workshops with clients and agencies on measurement maturity, audience signals, and full-funnel activation.
• Translate product updates into enablement for commercial teams and provide best practices.
• Build vertical narratives, benchmarks, and case studies to support scalable client strategies.
• Identify blockers and drive cross-functional resolution with PSO, MarSci, ADEX, and SE teams.
• Improve technical capabilities through trainings, QA, and ongoing coaching for CS teams.
• Support strategic revenue growth through upsell opportunities tied to advanced solutions.
