Job summary

TikTok is seeking a skilled Industry Operations Client Solutions consultant for LATAM to drive strategic client programs and revenue growth. You will nurture high-value accounts, align product solutions with client goals, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to deliver tailored campaigns.

Fluent Spanish and English, 5+ years in account services, and experience with measurement tools (MMPs, pixels) are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management/client services (CPG/Apps).
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication required for LATAM stakeholders.
• Experience managing performance advertisers and understanding campaign challenges.
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights to evaluate performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales support and educate clients on TikTok solutions.
• Combine product developments with market landscape to guide sales priorities.
• Drive adoption of Pixels, MMPs and APIs where applicable.
• Create Test & Learn plans and post-campaign analysis.
• Develop narratives and workshops to upskill clients.
