Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to support clinicians in hospital settings, educate teams on product use, and drive adoption of Solventum wound care solutions. You will manage accounts, coordinate care transitions, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize therapy utilization.

The role emphasizes field-based work with travel and requires a clinical mindset, strong relationships, and the ability to translate clinical value into payer-ready benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 2 years in sales, clinical, or related experience.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years in sales, clinical, or related experience.
• Wound care or medical device sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Attend procedures and hospital placements to support therapy adoption.
• Drive sustainable growth through account and territory management.
• Educate clinicians and build relationships with key stakeholders.
