Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to support hospitals in Spokane, WA, serving as a consultative wound healing expert to educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum solutions, and coordinate patient transitions of care.

This role combines clinical insight with strategic account management, requiring growth across the territory, building relationships with surgeons and stakeholders, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.
• Or High School Diploma with 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).
• Wound care or medical device sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Attend procedures and placements in hospital care settings.
• Drive growth through account and territory management.
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities.
• Educate clinicians on safe product use and training.
• Build relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Advocate for therapy adoption using clinical and economic evidence.
• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
• Utilize company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking.
