Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to consult with hospital wound care decision makers and educate clinicians on Solventum products. You will drive adoption, expand therapy utilization, and coordinate patient transitions of care across remote in Spokane, WA and surrounding areas.

This field role requires a drive to achieve sustainable growth, strong relationships with clinicians and economic stakeholders, and proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Attend procedures and placements in hospital care settings.
• Deliver sustainable business growth through account and territory management.
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities.
• Educate clinicians on safe and effective use, including inservicing.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for therapy adoption.
• Represent Solventum in conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
