Job summary

Solventum seeks an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to engage hospital wound care decision-makers, educate clinicians, and drive adoption of Solventum solutions. You will manage accounts, coordinate patient transitions, and work with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2 years of sales/clinical experience or a high school diploma with 4 years of related experience, and experience with a CRM like Salesforce. Field travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience
• Proven track record of sales quota attainment
• Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
• Ability to manage a territory and develop business plans
• Strong customer relationship building and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Routinely consulting with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products
• Routinely attending procedures and placements in hospital care settings
• Delivering sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management
• Educating clinicians on safe and effective product use and inservicing
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders
• Using clinical and economic evidence to advocate for therapy adoption, including new products
• Representing Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums
• Providing customer support and service to healthcare facilities
