Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelors or PharmD from ACPE-accredited school required.
- Two years of experience or equivalent pharmacy residency experience.
- BLS certification and Texas pharmacist licensure or eligibility within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce policies; meet regulatory requirements (TJC/TSBP).
- Coordinate staff development, training, and certification; orient new employees.
- Assist clinical staff with therapeutic monitoring and pharmacokinetic calculations.
- Promote pharmacy services; participate in multidisciplinary meetings and education.
- Mentor staff and oversee performance evaluations and process improvements.
- Participate in cost-saving initiatives and formulary management.
