Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• 1 year of pharmacy experience.
• English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform medication order entry accurately and timely.
• Review orders for therapeutic appropriateness and safety; document interventions.
• Maintain patient profiles with accurate therapies and allergies.
• Communicate drug information professionally to care teams.
• Enforce formulary policies and assist in cost-effective pharmaceutical use.
• Supervise technicians and ensure compliance with regulations.
