Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of assigned pharmacy areas, including staffing and workflows.
• Supervises staff, provides training, and conducts performance evaluations.
• Holds staff accountable and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Prepares schedules, coordinates recruitment and onboarding of staff.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and reviews budgets with leadership.
• Ensures compliance with policies, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Preceptor for learners and participates in multidisciplinary teams.
• Rotates through on-call schedule and performs related duties.
