Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for The Orchards at Arlington Highlands in Arlington, TX. You will lead the daily operations of an Active Adult community, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, strong financial performance, and strict regulatory compliance.

You will supervise onsite staff, manage leasing, enforce policies, and collaborate with ownership and asset management teams to drive performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.

Mansioni

• Respond promptly to resident concerns and resolve issues with empathy.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance of onsite team.
• Manage leases, enforcement, and compliance with housing regulations.
• Monitor revenues, occupancy, and financial reports; drive NOI through rent growth and cost control.
• Coordinate with ownership, investors, and regional asset management teams.
• Supervise maintenance, vendor contracts, and capital projects.
• Conduct regular market analysis and adjust pricing/marketing strategies.
