Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for an Active Adult community to lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional resident experiences and strong financial performance. You will supervise onsite staff, coordinate resources, and uphold regulatory compliance to support residents aged 55+.

The role requires adherence to policies, safety, and high standards of service. You will collaborate with ownership and asset management teams, drive NOI, manage vendor contracts, and oversee leasing,

Qualifications

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to lead and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance and quality service.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to resident concerns and resolve issues with empathy.
Lead onboarding, training, and performance development of onsite team members.
Monitor leasing team performance and revenue/occupancy metrics to meet goals.
Oversee budget, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly financial reports.
Ensure compliance with housing regulations, policies, and maintenance standards.
