Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead the daily operations of an Active Adult community in Arlington, TX. You will supervise onsite teammates, drive occupancy and revenue through effective leasing and budgeting, and ensure adherence to Fair Housing, ADA, and housing regulations.

This role requires strong leadership and customer-service focus. You will coordinate resources, deliver performance updates to ownership, and foster a vibrant, inclusive environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily apartment community operations and onsite team performance.
• Manages budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with housing regulations.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development of staff.
• Monitors leasing activities, revenue, and occupancy goals to maximize NOI.
• Maintains vendor contracts, risk management, and safety programs.
• Ensures resident satisfaction and strong community culture with engagement initiatives.
