Greystar is seeking a skilled Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family property in Arlington, VA. You will lead a team, manage budget, drive leasing performance, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations.

The role emphasizes resident satisfaction, maintenance quality, and teamwork across onsite staff and vendors. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of property management experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff while delivering

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum property management experience.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and manage onsite team.
• Develop and monitor budgets; ensure financial accuracy and reporting.
• Drive leasing, revenue, and occupancy goals while enforcing leases and policy compliance.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate maintenance and service requests.
• Partner with owners and vendors to ensure service levels and property standards.
