Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of an Active Adult community. You will lead onsite teams, manage regulatory compliance, and drive exceptional resident experiences while ensuring strong financial performance and asset preservation.

As the primary liaison between ownership, residents, and the onsite team, you will implement strategies to improve occupancy, manage budgets, and coordinate capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to resident concerns and resolves issues with empathy.
• Prepares financial and operational reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaises with ownership, investors, and regional management; provides performance updates and insights.
• Oversees hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of onsite staff.
• Oversees lease enforcement, inspections, and adherence to lease terms and safety rules.
• Drives revenue through pricing, marketing strategies, and NOI-focused initiatives.
