Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead daily operations of an Active Adult community in California, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, strong financial performance, and full regulatory compliance.

You will supervise onsite staff, manage leasing, budgets, reports, and vendor contracts while upholding Fair Housing and other regulations. Evening or weekend work may be required to support community needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare financial reports, manage AP/AR, and oversee budgets and variance reporting.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and occupancy strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise and develop onsite staff, ensuring required trainings and certifications are up to date.
• Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance, and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and housing regulations.
